My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. After booking through Agoda, I arrived to find my reservation was unknown to the staff because their server was down. Instead of the two family rooms I booked, I received two deluxe rooms, prompting me to pay for an extra room after a long journey with family. Additionally, the hotel is right next to a loud club, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
